Before Platza. From the beginnings of the skate scene in Bolzano until now

This short documentary describes the history of Bolzano's skate scene surrounding the local skatepark and celebrates the opening of the new Platza skatepark. The spirits of the beginning of Bolzano's skate era are resurrected with the "old" generation of skaters and the young ones talk about the future of the skater scene.

Mit dieser Reportage über die Bozner Skate-Szene von ihren Anfängen in den späten 80er Jahren bis jetzt legen wir einen fulminanten Neustart unserer franz Production hin. Der weit- und vielgereiste Fotograf und Filmemacher Matteo Vegetti ist nun Teil unserer franz Crew und leitet unsere Film-, Video- und Spot-Produktion. Mit seinen frischen und frechen Ideen ist er die richtige Bereicherung für unser Team und übersetzt unsere Visionen einer zeitgenössischen, mehrsprachigen und innovativen Region in das bewegte Bild.

Für uns ist das ein Aufbruch, um immer originellere Imagefilme, Werbespots, Backstage-Clips oder -Reportagen zu produzieren. Wir entwickeln die Konzepte, organisieren, produzieren und sind auch immer auf der Suche nach neuen Ideen und Aufträgen. Also dran bleiben und von den Videos der franz Production überraschen lassen – oder einfach bei uns melden!

Matteo Vegetti è un amico di franzmagazine da tempo: a franz lo lega la passione per le cose fatte bene e la visione aperta a 360 gradi sul mondo. Questa visione la trasferisce nel suo lavoro come fotoreporter di viaggio, fotografo professionista e videomaker, mestiere al quale si dedica con la tenacia e la precisione di un ingegnere. Perché Matteo è anche un ingegnere, uno che ha fatto carriera nel gruppo FIAT, prima a Parigi e poi a Melbourne, per poi mollare tutto e dedicarsi alla sua vera passione: una scommessa forse folle, ma alla fine – visti i risultati – sicuramente vincente…

Quella che sembra la trama di un film è la vera storia di Matteo. Una storia che poi si intreccia a doppio filo con Bolzano e quindi entra nell’orbita di franzmagazine. Il video-reportage sulla scena bolzanina di skateboard, girato in occasione dell’apertura del nuovo Platza skatepark, è solo il primo episodio di un nuovo capitolo di questa storia, che vede Matteo Vegetti nel ruolo di responsabile della franz Production. Le nostre idee e le nostre storie si uniscono alla competenza e all’esperienza di Matteo e diventano immagini, ritratti, foto, video, reportage, spot pubblicitari.

Ja der Film gefällt mir gut,auch war der alte Platz sicher eine positive Struktur die erhaltenswert gewesen wäre ! Es wäre nicht notwendig gewesen die Bahnen so vergammeln zu lassen! Ich finde das ist ein Sport der für die Stadtjugend sehr wichtig ist und es auch nur Sinn macht solche Betonklötze auf schon zuzementierten Plätzen zu errichten,denn auch diese brauchen Pflege und sind für Kinder auch gefährlich ! Wer beseitig Steine und Blätter die unvermeidlich die Bahnen nicht benutzbar machen,wer bekommt die Erlaubnis diese Bahn zu benützen es gibt eine Tür mit Schloß! Also wieder nur für priviliegierte die sich bei einem Verein einschreiben, So wie es mit den Fußballplätzen passiert ist.!!!!!!!!!!!!
