Insieme a “esperti”, invitati a dare input e stimoli, blufink – nella terza “puntata” di CONFLICT KITCHEN 2014 – mette a fuoco il tema della carne, guardandolo da diverse angolazioni. Intorno a 6 tavoli siederanno 2–3 esperti, che racconteranno delle loro esperienze e discuteranno con i cittadini interessati del tema.’
